Sheila Burkett RESUME

Sheila Burkett has her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from the University of MO - St. Louis and her MBA from Washington University. She also completed Harvard's Executive Education Program, "Delivering Information Services" and UCLA's "Managing the Information Resources Program". She spent twenty-one years at Edward Jones leading various areas of Information Systems (IS). While at Edward Jones, Sheila led many software development efforts for the Executive and Management Committee, drove their strategic planning process, represented IS on the Sarbanes Oxley efforts and achieved general principal in 1999.   In 2005, Sheila left Edward Jones to help her husband grow Tuxedo Park Racing.  Sheila is currently teaching "Information Systems Concepts and Applications" at the University of MO - St. Louis, is President of Tuxedo Park Leasing and VP of Tuxedo Park Racing.

Sheila is married to Steven Burkett II, has three sons and resides in Webster Groves, MO.  In 2006, she was named one of the St. Louis Business Journals "Most Influential Business Women".  She currently serves the community in the following ways:
